Request Account Deletion

If you want your Enterprise Office Suite account and associated personal data deleted, send a deletion request using the options below.

How To Request Deletion

  1. Email us at privacy@enterpriseofficesuit.com.ng with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
  2. Include your full name, account email, company/branch name, and any identifier that helps us locate your account.
  3. We may ask for identity verification before processing the deletion request.

Processing timeline

We acknowledge requests promptly and process eligible deletion requests after verification.

What Is Deleted

  • Personal profile and account access data
  • Associated app usage records where applicable
  • Linked workforce records, subject to legal obligations

Some records may be retained where required by law, audit, compliance, or fraud-prevention obligations.
